Established in the Fitness Industry since 2012; Isabelle fell in love with weight training at her small, hometown bodybuilding gym and never looked back!
This led Isabelle to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds- from young athletes to semi-pros, those recovering from burnout, weight-loss, muscle building, and everyone in between. Her approach combines deep listening, clear guidance, and an integrative toolkit that will allow you to succeed.
As a certified CHEK Practitioner (HLC 3, IMS 2), she specializes in integrative health and performance coaching that includes functional fitness, weight loss, posture and movement correction, sport specific strength training, root-cause healing, stress and energy management, somatic release, guided breathwork and meditation, astrology-based insight, nutrition, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle design.

One client came to me wearing a reformer knee brace after a serious ski accident, thinking that was just their new normal.
After 3 weeks of building functional strength and joint stability the brace was gone.
Now, at age 65, he can pursue ski racing with confidence.
Another client didnβt come to lose weight, but after 2 months of consistent training (3x/week), whole foods, and reconnecting with movement...
He naturally dropped 25 pounds.
The goal wasnβt weight loss, it was about alignment, strength, and fun.
The result? A whole new relationship with his body, mind, and emotions (and a 6 pack that made his wife especially excited!)
