S3 E22: Radical Acceptance

LISTEN NOW

Growing up is tough. We witness set backs, let downs, and expectations we create in our minds that may get blown by as if they have no importance; at least, this is how it feels when you’re 6 or 7. This conversation will allow you to explore that time of your life, when an emotionally-attached memory dictated how you viewed the world and perceived yourself as a youngster. How is this affecting your today, as a young/adult? And what would it look like if you were able to share that vulnerable moment(s) with others who would continue to hold their arms wide open as you admit to your most “unworthy” acts of humanness? After this episode, I hope you come to a place of love for any parts of yourself/others that we may have criticized or judged, and realize the only one that suffers from this is ourselves. Listen in to hear my own unworthy human act, how I took responsibility, and released myself from my own prison of shame and guilt.
